Conditioning & SSAQ is a system of training aimed at the development of motor abilities and the control of body movement through the development of the neuromuscular system. It aims to improve the athlete’s ability to perform explosive multi-directional movements by reprogramming the neuromuscular system to work effectively.
Soccer Agility is the ability to change direction without the loss of balance, strength or speed. Agility and Co-ordination can be taught to players and will help improve body alignment, reduce injuries and train muscles to fire and activate to perform the activities desired. The agility soccer drills include all aspects of agility: Balance, Co-ordination, Programmed AgIlity and Random Agility (Unknown movement patterns, i.e Reaction).
Exercises designed to develop explosive speed and acceleration. Typical activities include jumping and hopping with force is applied while a specific muscle group is lengthening.
